Our business and commercial advisory capabilities include the development of project strategy as well as undertaking the business case development process, including comprehensive financial and economic analysis, for major projects under alternative delivery and funding options. As a part of the business case development and the preparation of grant applications, we provide expert advice and input to the selection of an effective project delivery model together with viable funding and commercial arrangements. This is in addition to risk analysis and risk management strategies, project organisation and capabilities, governance and assurance, and procurement and contracting advice.
